all the answers are pretty good answers ...but..all you really need to do is brown the chicken..then add all the other veggies...the steam from all the veggies WILL cook the chicken the rest of the way..... you want ALL the veggies to have a snap to them when there done..including the peppers and onions.....strips of chicken doesn't take that long to cook, depending on the size of them...hope this was some help to you...good eating.........oh before i forget....try some lemon juice in that too...just before its done....just makes the taste buds happier..

Yeah throw the chicken and veggies in seperate pans. Start chicken first because it takes longer and if you overcook the veggies they lose that "crispness" and all the nutrients cook away too. Put the chicken on and in a few minutes put the veggies on also. The great thing about stir fry is that the veggies have so much flavor already and soy sauce just tops it off so seasoning is really not neccessary. I usually just add a little pepper to the veggies, no salt because theres already so much in the soy sauce, and lots of garlic! Yum!

If chicken is raw, it should be cooked first, in separate pan.
Heat oil, add onion & green pepper, to flavour oil.
Then remove them & add chicken strips to cook.
When chicken nearly done, start veggies in hot oil in wok.
Add chicken to veggies, & stir-fry together.
Mix a little flour with water & soy sauce until smooth.
Pour into wok to make gravy, reduce heat & serve.
Usually goes best with steamed rice.

I slice chicken thin and season with salt and lemon pepper. Get Wok hot and add olive oil brown chicken then add 1/2 can chicken broth. simmer till chicken is tender. Add veggies and cook till tender then take a couple Tbl corn starch and mix with remaining broth and mix into chicken and veggies. This will make a thick sauce. Serve over rice and a salad on the side

Cook the chicken strips first in a little bit of vegetable oil. Add the onions and peppers. Cook for a couple of minutes, and add the vegetables, then add soy sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.

I cook the chicken in one pan while I cook the veggies in another. If you cover the veggies with a lid they'll cook faster, same thing for the chicken. I drain the chicken when I'm done cooking and mix it with the veggies at the end.

You might want to cook the chicken first because it doesn't take that long to cook the veggies.
