Sometimes i do.
i'll eat potato skins but that all depends on what it is (fries, wedges, sometimes this)

you guys are making me feel bad today, especially today because i just ate a Wendy's baked potato with the works, that's a meal in its self.

I should have eaten that skin. I should just make my own.

UhOhSpaghettiOs, i love red skinned potaoes. i loe roasted potatoes, and I eat the skin off of those.

You should that is where most of the protien from a potato comes from. If you peel a potato you loose most of it's nutrients. Just make sure you wash your potato well before preparing it.

I do all the time. Sometimes if I don't want to have as much starch I squeeze the white portion out and only eat the skin. Great taste, good texture, and more nourishment per bite.

Off and baked potato? nope not really. Love whats inside it though lol. Buttery potato with a dab of salt and a dab of pepper. Unless of course it gets mixed in w/ other foods and I don't feel like taking it out haha .my dad and brother does though

The skins are awesome smothered in butter and salt. I'd be happy to eat the skins and throw the potato away.

Absolutely. I love the skins. And I hate pealing potatoes. I even leave the skins on when I make mashed potatoes. But I don't fry potatoes...nasty nasty fat.

I eat a little bit from baked potatoes. It tastes ok to me. I've also heard it has minerals.

If it a thin-skinned potato (red, Yukon gold, etc.) I do. If its a thick skinned potato (Idaho, Maine, etc.) I don't. At home, I buy thin skinned potatoes for baking.

Only if I've baked it- restaurant baked potatoes freak me out because I never know if they've been washed thoroughly.
