I was wondering what everyone opinion was on watching porn. Do you condiser it wrong to watch or do you feel it's not really a big deal? I'm 18, and i was curious about it so iw atched a video and now i can't stop watching porn. I actually enjoy it, it turns me on. But, one part of me feels like it's wrong and the other i feel that it is a natural thing to watch. I'm not sure how to feel. What should i do, or how should i feel about this?

young people tend to watch... then they stop because they think it's wrong and are focused on other things. then they get old like me and that's all we got. i'm not saying it's right.

This is most definitely not wrong! Many people will feel turned on by porn, that is basically the purpose of it! If it gets in the way of actual life, i.e. if you don't go out with your friends because you want to watch porn, then there may be something wrong. Other than that, enjoy it! that is what you're supposed to do with it!

There are many kinds of porn, from entertaining and funny to nasty and violent. You will be affected by the porn in many different ways, some good and others bad, depending on the type of porn you watch and how often you do. Just realise it's purely entertainment and not real - it can be a good release - but also can control and twist your thoughts and interefere with real relationships. Monitor your reactions, cut back if you find yourself changing for the worse.

Porn is only a substitute for the real thing and personally I think of sex as a participant hobby rather than one to watch others doing. One of the dangers in watching too much of it is a loss of reality and when in a situation where you could be participating you cant get the excitment going as it appears flat after what you have watched.
Worth remembering as well that a high percentage of what you see has been doctored in some way to make it look better than it really is.

If its affecting your life in a negative way, like you put off being with friends or other activities you enjoy, then you are going a little too far.
Watching pron is normal, but watching a lot of porn is not healthy. When you watch porn, its gets you thinking what things you enjoy and gets you to know your body and sex life better.
All things in moderation.

Sex is fun but it is also meant for the lifelong committed relationship of marriage. Watching people have sex is wrong unless it is a home video of you and your husband. Good sex is great but worth waiting for, after you are married you and your husband can have a lot of fun together and do a lot of creative things including dressing up in differnet outfits and hairstyles and kaing your own movies toghether.

Girl! its not wrong! When you decided to actually be with someone in a commitment let them know you enjoy watching porn.. and hey you never know maybe he will as well! im 18 as well.. so i know your feeling!

It's exactly like a drug. It seems pretty innocent to start with when ya just want a bit of a buzz. But slowly, surely, without you even realising it is happening, it takes hold of your thoughts, and then your life. Eventually it will destroy you. Some day you may remember what I said.

A big part of being an adult is realizing you have choices in deciding the rightness or inappropriateness of things like this based on your own sensibilities, and whatever you decide is absolutely right...for you. I neither condemn nor recommend it for anyone else, because my "authority" doesn't extend beyond myself. Many folks will attempt to tell you how you "should" feel, but they're invariably taking liberties they're not entitled to. Own your own pespectives, and be comfortable in your own skin.

It's completely normal. Why is it urgent?? You don't have to do anything. You happen to enjoy sex and watching others have it. It's called vouyerism and everyone enjoys it, even when they tell you they don't. Otherwise we wouldn't be human. It's in our nature.
