If you had the dream before the incident of the man stalking you. Maybe it a precognition dream warning you. If the man keeps stalking you ( I am assuming this is a stalker and not someone who wants to get to know you) then contact the police or have a family member confront them.

If it is happening in real life, then the dreams are probably a reflection of the stalking, not the other way around.....
