besides wearing a tighter arm band or stretching out your fingers normal, I can't think of any. Some say magnetic bracelets of copper help with blood flow and the pain though, though it's pretty unscientific and probably more psychological than anything.

I am not aware of any natural remedies out there for this purpose. I also have carpal tunnel. what did you get yours from? Mine was computer work in the office. Be sure you have the correct ergonomic position with your entire body. When you have a flare up stop doing what caused it for awhile. You can take over the counter anti-inflammatory medication like Motrin, aspirin, etc..... Tylenol will NOT help with the inflammation and that's what causes your pain. You can also wear hand and wrist braces when on the computer or doing whatever it is that caused your condition. Also be sure and do exercises changing your position frequently. And when your hands and wrists really hurt, try using ice on them. It dulls the pain and provides some relief. Good luck! You just have to live with it and do what you can to prevent exacerbating the problem.

Johnny have the right idea. There are exercises, and the wrist brace or splint all three work. You could get physical or occupational therapy. I've done the exercises and they work for me. If you're having pain see a doctor.
