Usually companies will never rehire someone that they have fired.

It varies on the company. In your exit interview there should be a box or a note asking if "eligible" for re-hire. You would need to talk to your HR rep (if there is one) to find out more, or ask point blank, "If I did X,Y, & Z would you consider re-hiring me?"
It would also depend why you were fired. If you stole money forget it, failed a drug test- maybe if you have an EAP program. Personally, I would come right out and ask, but be prepared for what you might hear! Good luck!

Maybe if they change management, depends on what kind of company. If the owner doesnt have anything to do with the hiring and they change management you will have a chance. Something like Mc Donalds, hell yeah, you can get in there again. Most companies ask you if you/ relatives worked with them before.

Well... (a) why would you want to work there again in the future and (b) why would they want to hire you back if they fired you in the first place?

Almost zero chance with a real firm. Maybe so with very small businesses where ties are often with family (i.e. Dad fired his son).

It depends why you got fired. If you got fired for lack of respect, then of course they wont. I wouldn't count on them getting rehired though.

Most places will not rehire someone that was fired. I can't think of any situation where that would happen.

the chances of them hiring you back would be very slim. Unless it was more of a reduction-in-force/downsizing/layoff type of thing.
