In John 3:16, Jesus says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that WHOEVER believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." He said whoever, meaning anyone. He goes on to say in John 3:17-18, "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." In conclusion, yes Jesus did say salvation is available to all. It is up to each of us to accept this wonderful gift that was been offered to us.

It is only available for those called of God, whom the Father draws.
Joh 6:44 No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.
Many misuse John 3:16 as a proof text for arminian beliefs, it does not say what many think it says.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
First, it doesn't say God sooooo loved the world, in the Greek, it means "in this way, in this fashion" referring back to the previous verse.
Secondly, the word "whosoever" is not in the Greek. The proper rendering is "all", as in all the believing. Which makes more sense. All those who believe will have eternal life. Who are the believing? Those called out by the Father, those chosen out for salvation.

Please consider these scriptures that all is everyone, the John 3:16; is too!
1Cor.15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 15:27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
John 5:26-29; Acts 17:31; 24:15; Isa.26:19; Heb.9:27; 2Cor.5:10; Rom.14:9-12; Philip.2:5,9-12;

the bible does ,and also Christ said there shall be men who shall do greater things then I have done.I think Gandhi was a good example he was a wise man a Hindu,when asked by a tormented man Gandhi I'm in hell how do i get out? I killed a child of the enemy because they killed my wife and child ,Gandhi said ,in order to save your sanity take a child of the enemy and raise it as your own.Christ wants us more than anything to be able to forgive ,that's why he died on the cross he carried the weight of our sins,because we fall short from the grace of God.The idea of forgiveness is to not commit the same sin again.John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only son,once we believe in Christ and his teachings and learn of his forgiveness we can be redeemed.if it wasn't for Christ who knows what might have been.

Depends on what you mean by salvation. Through Christ's atonement everyone will be resurrected, but where you spend eternity depends on the decisions you make in your life. Everyone will be given a fair chance.

John 3:16 says, "God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life"
"For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved” (Romans 10:9-11).
1st John 5:13 states, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."

Titus 2:11 'For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.' Salvation is available to everyone, but not everyone will accept it.
