Today I was throwing huge homerun punches but only connected on 2 of them. The rest I noticed he backed up on or ducked down. So when he does this what is a good way to hit him or do something. What are some good fist fighting techniques and punching tips.

Try doing jabs instead of throwing huge punches. Take up boxing to learn how to punch. Also do a muay thai clinch, grab your hands around the back of his head and pull his head towards your knees as you knee him in the head.

Donkey punch on the top of the head. Usually works but you halve to be practically on top of the guy and it's not legal in boxing soooo.....Just practice at a gym and you'll pick up on new things. You can also try watching movies like Rocky and The Contender show because you can see some real techniques.

Try throwing some knees with your punches.
