If you are tired of the "same old stuff" you might like to consider crockpot cooking. The ingredients are easy to assemble and it even fits in quite well with a busy schedule.
Have a look at this site for some great crockpot recipes.

Nacho Soup

1 pound gr. beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 & 1/2 C milk
chredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
warm corn tortillas

1) cook gr. beef with onion and drain well

2) stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas

3) Cook about 15-20 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve with warm buttered tortillas. I served with sliced avocados and fresh tomatoes drizzeled with lemon

* Makes four servings but can be doubled

Without some clues we don't know what you have now.
There's a Yahoo Video series called "Cheap & Easy"
Their motto is "5 ingredients, 5 minutes, $5/person"
There's also many recipe sites;-} do a search as below.

MEXICAN MEAL IN ONE DISH ONE HOUR

1 c. long grain white rice, uncooked
1 c. niblet corn (Mexi-style)
Salt and pepper
1 sm. can green chiles, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce (Mexi-style)
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
1/2 c. chopped green or red pepper
3/4 lb. ground sirloin or chuck
4 slices bacon

In greased baking dish, place rice. Spread corn over, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add green chiles. Pour over 1 can tomato sauce. Layer onion, layer the pepper. Place beef on next, sprinkle with salt and pepper or Mexican seasoning. Pour over the other can of tomato sauce. Lay bacon slices on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Great with cornbread.

LAZY AFTERNOON BRISKET

4-5 lb beef brisket
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can (non-diet) ginger ale
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced or 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
baby carrots (optional)
potatoes (optional)
boiling onions (optional)

Combine onion soup mix with ginger ale and ketchup. Place brisket in a heavy roasting pan which has been lined with aluminum foil. Pour soup mixture over the brisket. Sprinkle top of roast with minced garlic or a light dusting of garlic powder.
Cover roast tightly with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 2 hours. Remove foil cover and continue to cook for another hour. Add white boiling onions, baby carrots and/or quartered potatoes around bottom of pan during the last 1 1/2 hours of cooking, if desired. Stir vegetables occasionally to cover with gravy. If gravy boils away, add a small amount of water or beef broth.

This may also be cooked in a gas grill or barbecue.
