Currently, the familiar form (tu) is used, but often capitalized in writing, much as we do in English (God instead of god). You will definitely find older people who do not agree with this usage. Here's the French version of the Lord's Prayer:
Amen

You can use both. More and more people use Tu nowadays though. The important thing is you put a capital letter when you write it, so it's either Vous or Tu.
When i was in junior high, i was in a catholic shool, even though i'm not christian and the others would pray every day before class in the morning and in the afternoon (so at like 8.15 am and 1.45 pm). Some said Vous, other said Tu at first but by the time i was a senior, there was only one guy who still said Vous...

Most people use Tu (with a capital T) at masses and in prayers. Jesus and some saints are also addressed as Tu. I've never heard 'vous', unless when referring to the Holy Triad, which is quite rare.

Growing up, I learned to use Vous, but in the last 10 or 20 years, people started using Tu, even the Lords Prayer has been changed to Tu. Here it is:
Amen!
