I don't know if you will know this or not, but I was wondering if anybody knew of any wine tastings in Madison, WI....Galena,IL....or Dubuque, IA? Or if anybody knows how one would go about finding one around that area? Thanks for all of your help!

It is a very useful resource for what you are looking for.
And ask in local wine shops; they may hold tastings and they are liely to know about local tasting groups.

I'm not sure if you have them where you're at, but if you do, I'd give your Royal Liquors a call. The one I work at (in ND) does wine tastings every Friday and Saturday from 1 pm - 7 pm. Usually two or three types a week.
I'm not sure if it's a chain thing or a local thing though, but I'd sure call and check it out, if you have one near!

Give a few calls to the Chambers of Commerce, the Visitor's Centers, and even the city's newspapers. If anybody would know the area, they would.

You could always ask your local liquor store.
Also, how about googling "wine tasting _area/town_" ?
