I was extremely rude to some of my favorite teachers, admins and my friends........Like for some reason, I was yelling at the teachers when they told me to do something. I was rude to my favorite admin.

I don't know, I was just so mean today.

I regret it now, how do I get over it as I don't have school until Monday?

I'm a teacher and I can say that it means a lot to me if a kid apologizes if the kid was out of line. It impresses me that the kid can understand they did something wrong and take steps to make it better. It doesn't really matter if it is in person, by email, or written.
This is true even though I am usually over the upset already anyway. We are grown ups and expect kids to be a little impulsive sometimes. Then you should forgive yourself too. I'm sure you will work on not having it happen again. Apologize and make a clean start. (forget the suggestion someone made to buy something. It isn't necessary and is a bit too much like trying to buy forgiveness.)

Just relax. Do something you like. You can't go back and change the events of today, but you certainly can make it a point to apologize to anyone you were mean to when you return on Monday. Try to use this time to think about what you were feeling when you acted that way and then come up with some ideas of how you can better handle these feelings next time. Don't worry :)

How old are you? It may be possible (If you have not started your period yet) that you may be starting soon, and outbursts like this can be normal, unfortunately. Take some time this weekend to write nice notes to each person that you were mean to and give it to them on Monday. Just applogize. If you have any money, maybe go to the $ store and get something that you think your teacher and your friend would like. Maybe something that your teacher can keep on her desk.

Do something relaxing this weekend. Maybe its just hormones. When you go to school on Monday, apologize and tell them you were having a bad day and that you really like them and want to make it right.

You need to apologize on Monday, that's a true sign of being sorry for your mistakes. So, get an apology speech together this weekend.
You've got to get your emotions under control now; so it won't be out of hand, when you're an adult.

First, try to determine why you were in such a bad mood today. Did someone say something to you to set you off? Are you worried about something?

Next, you could write a short note to each of the people you were mean to, telling them that you realize you were rude, and ask them to forgive you.

since you were having a bad day, you should apologize to the people you were mean to. Tell them the situation[ you were having a bad day] and they will forgive you. Everyone has a bad day once a while. Its normal, don't worry, lol the same thing will happen to you.. someone will yell at you, but then you will understand and forgive them

Most teachers can be emailed, I would write them an apology if I felt that bad about it. If not, wait 'til Monday and apologize, but I'm sure by then they will have forgotten all about it, they're probably used to being abused.

write each of them letters apologizing and explaining why it might have happened. The answer might come to you although you were probably just having a bad day. Even if you dont give it to them, writing down apologies will help you get some stressful stuff off your chest.

I think it's good that you are thinking this way. It shows that you have a conscious and a big heart. It is easy for us to act on pure emotions sometimes, and to later think back and rationalize & regret the way we acted.

I think the best thing to do would be to talk to those whom you feel you've offended. Say something like what you've said here and sincerely apologize. I think they will really appreciate your being so considerate and thoughtful.
