How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

1. Rinse pumpkin seeds under cold water and pick out the pulp and strings. (This is easiest just after you've removed the seeds from the pumpkin, before the pulp has dried.)
2. Place the pumpkin seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet, stirring to coat. If you prefer, omit the oil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 325 degrees F until toasted, about 25 minutes, checking and stirring after 10 minutes.
4. Let cool and store in an air-tight container.

Take the seeds out of the pumpkin and rinse them in a strainer to get the rest of the pumpkin fibers off them. Pat them dry then toss them with a small amount of olive oil. Spread them on a cookie sheet and lightly salt them. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees farenheit. When the oven is preheated, put the cookie sheet in and cook them until they start to brown. Take them out and enjoy.

Good luck.

Rinse the seeds well and then soak them for a few minutes in salt water. 15 minutes is just fine. Take them out of salt water and spread them on a cookie sheet. Pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 300. That's it!

for low fat ones, you wash them in a strainer, dry them out, put on cookie sheet covered in tin foil, spray with butter flavored Pam, sprinkle light salt, bake in over at 300 until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Store in a sealed tight container.

Clean them really well and let them dry overnight. Lightly salt them and place them flat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300 and turn often until they are browned to your desire.
