I have been trying to take some sort music clips that I have downloaded and make them into like a dedcation video with different parts of each clip showing with a song in the background.
I have tried use Windows Movie maker but it won't let me cut the clips. I have tried using the remix on youtube but that would even work. Please let me know what I need to download or how I can do this on Windows movie maker. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

You will need a software that's a little better.
I suggest Premiere Elements for 99$

Sorry, you need Proffesional Video and Music Editing Software. Windows Movie Maker is no more than an entry level program for users to make videos from there own camera's etc.
Editing Video Clips and Editing portions of music preformance can only be done with Good High dollar programs.
