Jeff Gordon and Jimmie have combined to win seven of the past nine races here at Martinsville, and the Spring Race should have gone to Jeff as he had the better car, and I think this race is going to end the same way except Jeff is going to win it all. On top of that, Jeff has the pole, pit stall number one more then likely, as thats the best pit stall at this track, and the last time he won from the pole was when he won both races in 2003, and he also swept both races in 2005.

Gloria 5, I agree, it's now where you start it's where you finish but it seems that Jeff may not always start ahead of Jr, but he finishes ahead him. People say they are tired of Gordon winning poles or races but would they same the same thing if Jr, Stewart, or Harvick did? I don't think they would. People will have to accept the fact that Jeff Gordon is top notch driver. like it or not.

As if the field needed to give him a headstart at a track he simply runs great at.. Sure looks bad for the Gordon Haters club...

Very obvious that there are a lot of non-Gordon fans answering this questions with a bit of jealousy noted too.

Go Gordon!!!!!!!!

He is a great driver, but Jimmie Johnson IS going to win the race!

Hmm, do I detect a little jealousy here?

I think so!

I'd love to see Gordo win here just so Rusty Wallace has to see "24" pass him up for wins at Martinsville.

GO JEFF ..... RACE # 80 COMING UP
you guys are saying it's not where you start but where you finish>>>>>THE ONES SAYING THIS HAS NEVER BEEN TO MARTINSVILLE,
I LIVE IN MARTINSVILLE AND IT IS WHERE YOU START HERE THIS IS A 1/2 MILE TRACKAND SHAPED LIKE A PAPERCLIP AND VERY HARD TO PASS AND PIT SELECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT, JEFF WILL HAVE THE BEST PIT HERE!!
AGAIN....WIN # 80
