I would say so.
Unless you've eaten/drank something strange that you could reasonably and realistically say might have coloured your urine then I suggest you take a trip to your local A&E or (ER if in US) pretty quickly.
Any sign of blood in your urine needs to be checked quickly in case you are bleeding internally. I'm not trying to panic you but you say you're 15...Tell an Adult now.

Yes, its a problem. Have you taken a blow to your stomach or back lately? I am the last person to recommend someone going to the doctor for every little thing, but this needs to be taken care of. Unfortunetly its the weekend and you really shouldn't wait, so maybe you should have your folks take you to a quick care.
Good Luck

You most likely have a Urniary Tract Infection. If it hurts to pee, you can get an over the counter pain killer called AZO that will let you pee until you can get to the dr. YOu need to get to the Dr ASAP to get meds to get rid of it or it will get really bad. when you get to the dr, the will make you pee in a cup to test for the infection.
Dont feel emarased to goto the dr, a lot of people get them very often. nothing to be ashamed of

Yes it is!!
Unless you ate beets, or if you are near the Mexican border or went to a Mexican restaurant, drank "agua de jamaica".
Both of this can colour urine.
Go to a doctor to be sure.
