She probably fractured it, cut it, sprained it, broken it, or got bit by something(maybe a spider).
Get an appointment asap. The longer you wait, the wors it will become.

This is something requiring a trip to the vet to make sure there's no broken bones or cracked bones. A cat in pain usually hides it, but if she's crying out, it has to really hurt bad.
Be careful how you handle her so you don't make it worse. Call the vet, get her in to be looked at and let them figure out what happened.
If you can check without making her try to get away from you, look at her feet to make sure there's no broken glass or wounds there. Don't use your hands, just your eyes. Watch and make sure she's still eating and drinking. Let the vet know any other changes you see in her, if she shows trouble on the right or left side of her body, if her pupils stay dialated, if she pants, if there's blood, and if there's anything that looks swelled up.

she probably broke something. you need to get her to the vet. there is no other option. she broke something and if you reallyy loved her you would make sure she was happy and not let her suffer. please take her!
