You should have a doctor look at it. There are exercises and braces for people with problems of the spine.

Sounds like you have a kyphotic-lordotic posture, where your upper spine curves out, while your lower spine in the small of your back curves in more than usual. This can be due to bad posture, and can be fixed with exercises. Do this: strengthen your abs, hamstrings, and back extensors (because these are stretched out and thus weak). You will also have to stretch your hip flexors, as these are probably shortened but strong. Do not see a chiropractor for this condition, just hit the gym for a while and try to maintain good posture, and you will probably feel better.

If the muscles on one side are tighter than on the other than this could draw the head toward that side. These muscle imbalances are quite common especially in the neck. They are definitely treatable however if not treated appropriately you could have more problems in the future. Carrying your school bag could definitely be something contributing to this imbalance. It is important to balance it between the sides or better yet get a bag that is held on both shoulders and make sure that it is not more than 10 to 15% of your body weight. If you continue to have symptoms I would consult with a physical therapist in your area. Depending on what state you live in you may or may not need a referral from your doctor.

wells. Every spine has to curved like "S" shape.
but I dont know what your spine looks like.
Do you sleep while your belly is touching the ground? then you need to stop that because it is not good for your spine.
Do you sit straight? then you need to sit straight
Do you carry something in yout back pocket and sitting down? then you need to take that out because it unbalances the spine.
From now on Keep strectching like try to touch your toes with your hands while you are standing up.
It all depends on small things like sit straight. also on the desks dont sleep on the desks.

I think it is Scoliosis. It's a condition that involves complex lateral and rotational curvature and deformity of the spine. It is typically classified as congenital (caused by vertebral anomalies present at birth), idiopathic (sub-classified as infantile, juvenile, adolescent, or adult according to when onset occurred) or as having developed as a secondary symptom of another condition, such as cerebral palsy or spinal muscular atrophy.
I belive you can only fix it with a back brace.

I think you'll need a doctor for that.. Mine was curved to the left due to a stupid accident at the gym and it was fixed with ultra sound therapy and stretching!!
Try stretching it could help =) and sit straight as much as possible.. Visit a doctor anyway!
Best of luck!

maybe u could have kyphosis or something... it is when ur spine is curved to the back... as what u have said, it may have rooted from ur past slouching as a kid... postural kyphosis...
u need to check for a doctor and maybe u could be asked to wear a brace or something... or if at home, just lie down and stretch ur back... try not to slouch and have daily intake of enough calcium to make ur bones stronger...

Without being able to see your back for myself, I couldn't say if this is simply poor posture or something else and therefore, I am unable to make any suggestions as to what can be done about it. I suggest you see your primary care doctor about it.
