were you drinking them as well as having a full diet?
Alot of people have a high metabolic rate. this basically means you're unable to actually store much of the fat, carbs etc that is ingested - meaning you're unable to put on weight. Try the gym - this will stir the muscles into action, thus your body will start to absorb more nutrients to replace the ones you just used in the gym. this will build the muscles up, and adding to your weight. remember;
Protein!
Carbs!
Smaller portions but more frequent meals.

Don't listen to the people that say things such as, "eat junk food" and "don't exercise" because the only thing that those things will do is cause health problems.
Try to eat things such as:
-Meat
-Protein
-Fish, Rice, Beans, etc.
And also, stay active.
If you can't put on weight from food then you should workout often. Lift weights and add muscle to your body.
Hope this helped!

I hate you.... with every bone in my body. Just hate you.
No, of course I don't. With your frame and a high metabolism, you will probably always have a problem keeping weight on. But eat healthy. A very thin person can have clogged arteries and drop from a heart attack, too. Even teens are having heart attacks now. Many are very athletic and thin as a rail, but they eat too much junk.

First of all You should try increasing your calories and Adding more vitamins to your diet. Also try seeing a specialist about your intestines. Thats where all your vitamins and good stuff is absorbed. If you have a poor intake of those you will stay thin and not be getting the calories and nutrition you need Try seeing a professional dietician.

Hmm. Eat a lot of protein and carbs. Like steak or what not. Lotsa meats. Otherwise, eat bigger meals, and drink a slimfast WITH the meal. Those are loaded in cals and actually make you gain weight. Or see your doctor....I think they have pills to make you fatter.

why would you want to gain weight?
well i cant tell, but you must be male because no female would want to gain weight.
if i were you, i'd start lifting weights because you don't want to be tall and fat. maybe you could try burning less calories..but muscles are a lot of weight. so go for that.
