could this dream mean anything.?

Question

we got drunk that night. then when we went to bed i had a dream that i was drawing some bird symbol. thats all that i remembered about the dream, the bird symbol. it was stuck in my head all day, because it was so wierd. usually when i remember my dreams i remember much more than just one image. i got home and i drew the symbol as i had seen it in the dream. later on that night i was still curious, so i surfed the web for bird symbols. and believe it or not i found a native american symbol that looked almost exactly like what i drew in the dream. some minor differences but for the most part it looked identical. i was shocked. it is on this website if you care to look.

The Eagle is a symbol of that which connects our souls to their creator,(GOD)
He is the carrier of our prayers to the heavens and again the carrier of messages (wisdom ,guidance )from the heavens to us.compare this to the holy spirit which has the same meaning.
some part of you recognizes that this symbol is needed in your life,perhaps that you need to renew the bond between God and yourself.to leave the mundane and once again soar with the Eagles.

I don't know about meaning but it reminds me of a necklace I used to have. lent it to the wrong person and would do anything to get it back - it meant a lot to me and the person in question was my bf back then, he broke up with me over the phone not a week later and still hasn't given me back the necklace - it's been 4 and a half years now so I doubt I'll ever get it back.

As for why you saw it in your dream, maybe you saw it somewhere and don't remember? Or maybe it was symbolic. A bird = freedom (or it means that to me anyway).
Or another possibility (a bit far-fetched perhaps since I don't know where you're from) is that it showed you your descendance, where you come from. Do you have any Native Americans in the family, however distant?
Even more far-fetched perhaps is a memory of a previous life, but I like to use that reason for some things I can't explain...

V. interesting question.

I'd say you most likely seen it 100's of times before, just skimming over it as just another one of those bird thingys. Often people like a symbol quite al lot and become rather fond of it. you clearly seen it before and your memory banks came up with this to think about, like most dreams.

in my experiences, i have gotten an image in my head from a commercial i saw the day before. i subconsciously retained it and dreamed about it. the next day or a few days later i ended up seeing the commercial again and realize where it came from.
