I am always in pain. Its actually more of a mental pain than a physical pain to be honest. But its terrible and it defines everything that I do during the day.

My pain makes me miserable as it is loneliness and depression.

yeah, right in the middle of my back. I lifted something too heavy for me (4 stone in weight) and my back hurt when I had finished carrying it up 3 flights of stairs and into my flat.

I have tried yoga, pilates, many gym classes (40 classes in two weeks, not kidding, I literally did 40 classes.) and ran on the tred mill to try shake it off/develop muscle etc, but nothing worked. I still have back ache.

I even took the time to have a massage!!

Nothing works!!

Do you have a pain?

My foot. I have plantar faciatus which is waiting for treatment.
And my elbow. I had a collision with a custard jug at work which damaged the nerve in my elbow. Taking a long long time to heal.

I live with chronic pain. It's my optic nerve, of all things. It always feels like there's a branding iron on my eyeball. it's quite brutal, but I have it under control with MSContin. There's no way to fix it. Thanks for asking. And you?
