The absolute BEST product I've used for fried hair is Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment! I highlighted my hair and it turned to straw. Then I used the Ojon and the results shocked me! My hair turned from dry and brittle to soft, smooth and so shiny. Even my hubby noticed a difference and that's a hard thing to do! And one use lasts a long time It comes in a little brown jar and it's like a paste. It turns to an oil when you rub it between your palms. It comes with a little pamphlet that tells you the many ways to use it. I leave it on for an hour or more then shampoo and condition. It truly is a wonderful product! I recommend it so often, they should give it to me for free!
It does cost a bit more then drugstore brands but a small jar lasts a long time because you only need to use a tiny bit.
You can find it at drugstore.com,QVC.com, sephora.com and ojon.com.
I really hope you try it. Your hair will never be damaged again.

Try deep conditioner, leave in conditioner, or even a hot oil treatment. Also be careful if you use styling products. Ones with alcohol tend to dry hair out more. If nothing else works, see a stylist for some professional help, and lay off the bleach.

Stop bleaching it.
Rinse it every day, but only use shampoo every other, or 3rd day.
When you do wash with shampoo, use some conditioner too. Don't buy 2-in-1 Shampoo+Conditioner, but don't get talked into spending a lot of money on anything. Once the hair has been damaged really bad, it's damaged. You'll just need to wait for it to grow out some more.

for a start dont bleach your hair
Pure virgin olive oil is great for repairing damage but you don't want to put in on right before you go out, your hair will end up looking oily. Believe it or not Sun silk (I'm sure you have seen it on t.v.) makes a great line of products tagged TLC (tender loving care) they are a cheap brand but their products really do the job on dry to split hair. They come in a pink bottle and you can by them at Wal Mart, Target, etc. If you are only going to get one(though I suggest the whole line) be sure to ge the leave in after shampoo conditioner....It will make your hair look beautiful.
