Help straighten teeth? Maybe... You must be in some orthodontic appliance, braces or something. My Orthodontist always told me that clean teeth move faster. Fluoride makes the molecules of your enamel pack more densely, or tightly, upon each other. Because of this, the enamel is literally smoother when packed with fluoride, which would technically make less plaque adhere to the surface, which would ultimately make the teeth move faster, helping in straightening! But an orthodontic appliance would have to be involved. Teeth are in constant motion and all of them want to be in the center of the mouth. So when your done with braces make sure you wear your retainers, FOREVER!

No, it just whitens and strengthens the enamel on your teeth and gives you some protection from cavities. If you want to straighten your teeth the only way to do it is braces.
