I would like to make alfredo sauce but I only have milk (no cream), can i still do it? If so what's a good easy recipe?

Just use 1/4 melted butter;-} in medium saucepan.
Add 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, & 1/8 tsp pepper.
Stri 30 seconds, gradually add 2 cups of whole milk.
Bring to a boil, & slightly thickened, (coats back of spoon).
Remove from heat, add 1 1/2 cups each of cheeses:
Asiago/Mozzarella/Parmesan, stir until melted.

Robert S gave you a good basic recipe to follow.
I never make my Alfredo with cream,
Too rich!
It is so good that I want to save the calories and have more of it.

Here's a recipe using evaporated milk and parmesan cheese. There are recipes that I substituted regular milk for evaporated milk. So this might work.

Yes! I do it all the time. Its much better for you too! Melt some parm and milk in a pot untill thick (add a little nutmeg too)
