About two weeks ago I met this guy from college. We started talking and I found out he was a CJ major like I am. I was struggling and he offered to tutor me.
We met and he really helped me out a lot. I ended up getting a good grade.
I recently ended a relationship with someone when he found out he gave me his number and told me to call him.
I told my best friend about him and he warned me not to get involved and that a good friend of mine was very interested in him and he was interested in her as well.
I asked him if he'd like to have lunch. We had lunch today and talked for about 2 hours. It was nice we had a lot in common. I decided to ask him about this girl and he told me he was very interested in her but was confused as to whether or not she liked him. He told me he was going to ask her out on Saturday.
After lunch he walked me back to my apartment on campus hugged me told me to call him
Is he interested?
I like my ex still and he still likes me!
Should I just go back w/him?

It seems like he is just interested in friendship. Sounds like you would be better off with the person you are really interested in - your ex. Especially if this could cause a problem between you and your friend.

You shouldn't be with either. Neither deserves you. You sound smart and savvy. If the new interest is interested in someone else, let him explore that possibility first. Otherwise, chances are he will eventually. The ex is your ex for a reason. You should step away from him as well.
PS - congrats on the good grade in CJ... I was a cj major and am now in law school.

Ive been there and it seems like he does like u cuz guys dont just talk for 2 hours like that. i think he's interested in you but the fact that he brought up asking that other girl out means he be wondering wat u think and if u like him. if ur really happy wit ur ex then go for it but only if ur happy wit him and not just going back into an old problem like some ppl do wen they get back with their exes. but if u like him go for it

Go out with the one u met. not your ex boyfriend. if it didnt work out the first time with your ex how do u know its going to work out the second time. going out with your ex is just asking for trouble. besides if u go out with the other guy it will show your ex that he blew it. it doesnt matter who broke up with who if u broke up with him it would be because he wasnt good enough for u and if he broke up with u then it teaches him a leason to think before u act.
