there is a girl that i like(have liked her for over a year), and a couple weeks ago her friend came up to me and asked if i still liked her. but i wasn't thinking and said no, but i really did. well i want to ask her out, but i don't know if she likes me. how can i tell? or will she think its shallow of me having one of my friends ask her for me?

dude the reason her friend asked is cuz the girl u like likes u so ask her out and if ur in high school give her a note or have ur friend give her the note asking her to be ur gf

Always ask someone out by yourself because if you ask a friend it'll only make things more akward if she says no.

to me it sounds like she sent her friend over to find out if u still liked her because she likes u, when u said that u dont like her anymore to her friend, it must have upset her, and if u do still like her, u have to do all you can to put things right, speak to the girl herself, it will make her feel special, and even if it turns out that u hurt her to much wen u said no to her friend, she will respect u for having the courage to talk to her and u could still end up friends... good luck x

just be honest and go ask her yourself.
tell her the truth and that you've digged her for a year and she will most likely feel flattered and say yes. Dont have a friend ask for you.she'll just think your a pussy for not doing it yourself.

You should ask her yourself. I know that when someone tells me that so and so wants to go out with me i dont trust them. it is better if u ask ehr out yourself believe me!!!
