lower left stomach rumbling, lower left back ache, sharp pain thru left side if pressed on, left leg pain, more discomfort when bladder is full, feels like left testicle is connected to the discomfort area in the abdomen.

Possibly a hernia, otherwise probably something in your digestive system. Really not something to diagnose over the Internet based on what you have observed. With stethoscopes, MRI's, X-ray's, etc., a doctor can give you a better answer.

Why, do you think there's something going around?

If the problem persists for more than a few hours after the suggested BM, then that's one for the doctor.

You have me stumped. If you said that there was a problem with your stool then I would have had something for you but all I can say is go see your Doctor.

sounds like good old fashioned constipation to me, have a good bowel movement and I bet all your symptoms go away.
