I like what Sunshine had to say (thumbs up)... let me add that you should also go prepared with questions to ask the interviewer about the job. They usually ask if you have any questions, and it feels dumb to say "um, no" or to have to think of something lame on the spot. Questions about things like training, typical hours, opportunities for overtime are good... questions about salary or vacation time are bad.

You can bet they'll ask you " how do you handle a difficult customer?'
Hey, good luck. Show them that to not hire you would be a big mistake! Good luck.
Smile,. relax, and go get "em

One thing I had to make clear when I did that jpbwas, if someone was unhappy, I asked what THEY felt would rectify the issue. If you can prove that you can handle yourself w/ confidence, that will be something that will stand out. However, if possible, volunteer the info! Try not to let them ask. It'll look better! **** Luck!

They are going to want to know about your experience and training. They also will ask you about how you handled various employee problems or difficult customers. Good luck.

Make good eye contact, keep it. Give a firm but not hard handshake. Dress appropriately, no tatas hanging out or stuff like that. Be honest, and be yourself. Be cheery but not giddy. Smile!

You should go the first day in office attire and ask if it would be OK to wear scrubs.

Be honest, be yourself, have a sense of humor, and have many references (that seems to be important now).
