I KNOW they have all the same problems as the rest of the country; drunks, runaway kids, stranded airline passengers, etc. so how do these people make it when it's freezin cold and snowy???

......you mean in the winter???.....its not even cold here in the tsummer.....theres no snow in the summer..ive lived here all my life so.......but in the winter....how do homeless people survive in the winter in the other states? live under bridges...in alleys.......alaska has huge citys too you kno.

When they cant sleep in the streets, they go to homeless sheltrs just like they do in other cities where the weather drops below freezing.
