Do you have a list of things ?
is this the best way to live ? I am trying to be organized , than I was for the past 25 years . There are a lot of things i want to do , But there is something holding me back - i get this feeling as if i am losing something by going according to plans .

Can you tell me why we need a list and how it change our life ?

having a list helps to remind you of things to do. Even small jobs such as putting clothes away. each time you do a job on the list, it is so satisfying to tick it off. make a list each day, adding on things that didn't get done the day before. When you get decluttered of things you havent worn in 2 years, got rid of pots and pans you never use e.t.c you with start to feel more in control , with in turn will help you become more organised. Once you are pretty much on top of things, chores dont take half as long and you can then use your time more wisely. Good luck.

I like to think of my list of things to do as a map for how my day is going to run. If I'm running grocery errands, I know that on a warm day I will need to do this last. If I write that I'm going to plant bulbs for the garden, it helps me prepare all the items that I need. I also know that if I'm going for a physical, I will need to stop eating the day before. I like to be organized because it gives my days a semblance of pattern.

Everybody has a list! Here's mine:

#1: Don't read insipid questions.

#2: Don't read inspid questions that have nothing to do with the forum they are in.

#3: Don't answer insipid questions . . . OH NO!!!!! ;)
