Seriously, though, even if you're a shill for one of their competitors, you did not indicate to what you are comparing the salt (i.e., sodium) level, so nobody can answer your question! Since, it's sodium content is lower than that of the Dead Sea, the answer would be, "no, it does not have high levels of salt!" (get the picture?) ;)

Regardless, check out the link, below, for that chain's food nutritional info, which, BTW, you can get from any of the stores, as well!

Although Subway is a far better choice than most fast food places, ALL their sandwiches are quite high in sodium.

Yes. all meat, unless you grow it, is processed at some point. Either in grow or production/preparation.
