that dog looks like a lot of different breeds. maybe a dachsund and a jack russel.

Have you tried posting flyers around dog frequented areas? Make sure if any one calls to claim him they have proof that they are indeed the owners. I've had some success with this method before, I posted flyers at post offices, schools, dog parks and stores. May not be feasible but it's something to try. And posting it on here wasn't stupid. It was actually a very good idea.

He looks like he is a corgi mix possibly. And actually, not fostering but giving him to your local shelter is the best thing you can do. Because the owner may come in looking for him, and if you have him they won't think somebody found him. I work at a shelter, and this has happened before. So please, give him to the shelter...so he has a better chance at finding his family.

He's a cutie. Almost looks beagle in the face and maybe part boxer. He has boxer colors. Good luck and kudos to you for fostering him. Try putting up posters or put something in the local paper.

That is such a cute dog put up posters around your town. Put an add in the newspaper also. That is soooo sweet of you to foster him. Well best of luck . Hope he or she finds its real home!!!

I think he's lovely, he looks like a cross breed of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (colouring and toe-nails) and a Jack Russell Terrier.(face and ears)

Haven't got a clue! Maybe a corgi cross or something as he looks quite short and long... that's a really nice thing for you to offer to look after him until he finds a home, hope things turn out well for you n ur little pal. xx

He is sooo cute! He kind of looks like a mut, a boxer and a beagle but I'm not entirely sure. It's really nice of you to go asking around!

he looks like a jack russel crossed with a staffordshire bull terrier! he looks lovely tho, and thats really kind of you to foster him so he isnt put to sleep. well done you. you might wanna put posters up in the area and in shop windows. he looks like quite an old dog, so who knows, maybe someone dumped him on purpose.
