I am sure that God did and that is one of the reason that he gave mankind the free will to choose whom this day who they will serve. God is so holy and is not to be taken for granted or played with. Funny how people play with him and say unconfounded things about a holy God and only seemed to know him when pain or crisis hits. All I can say that God is awesome and loves all his creation.
