If it's not pee get her to the vet right away. If she has an infection it can turn nasty in a hurry.

You don't say how old your kitten is, but if she's 6 months or older, she could be in heat. OR.....she may have an infection. To be on the safe side, if she were mine, I'd get her to a vet ASAP!

it is PYOMETRA a severe infection if not treated IMMEDIATELY.... this is caused when the female goes into heat and the cervix is open which can cause infection to set in...you MUST go IMMEDIATELY or your kitten will die
