my son had this little burn thing on his finger . well it looks like a burn. but the thing is his cousin had it on her hand and then gave it to him. now his father has the same thing. i dont know what it is and its kinda scarin gme that its so catchable

it could be a contagious bacterial infection called impetego-. keep hands away from face. See a Dr for a presciption. It will continue to spread if not treated.
