You depleted all of your B vitamins, get some liquid B 12 and take a double dose. (It's water soluable so your body will get rid of the excess).
You should have had a good breakfast this morning consisting of eggs, bacon, toast, and salsa for the eggs........plus orange juice and coffee. That would have replaced all of the vitamins you lost plus built your immune system back up.
Drink gatorade or water.
Of course the hair of the dog often works (another beer).

Depends, are you planning on drinking again soon because if so you should just get another beer and start drinking, you'll feel better soon. If not then lots of water, a multi-vitamin, and some advil. For the future, before you go to bed drunk, if you can remember to drink a big glass of water that will do wonders in the morning I guarantee it.

lots of water.... what "MIGHT" help is to drink a little bit of beer too... you're having a hang-over because your body is going through withdrawal... if you satisfy it A LITTLE (not alot... maybe about 1/3 to 1/2 a glass) it might make the headache go away.
I normally just drink a lot of water though... I haven't tried the beer thing because during a hang-over the thought of alcohol makes me sick... like most people, I think.. haha

I had a few to many mai thais last night. I drank a lot of water and had nice cheese steak sandwich - I'm ready to go again.

I drink Gatorade - the electrolytes help with dehydration caused by too much alcohol. I tend to drink it before going to sleep, if I can remember.
