Absolutely! Think about the number of people that any of us will know by name in our lifetime, from birth to death. I am sure it would be in the thousands, so why couldn't God, who is so much greater than us, know millions and billions by name? Not only do I believe that He knows my name, I also believe that He knows every single detail of my entire existence, from conception to right now and beyond!

God knows and can call all His children by name. Not only does He know me by name He knew me before I was born. He has numbered the hairs on my head.

He really does.
A human mind would find that impossible, but God is infinite and infinitely powerful. Not only does he know the name of every person on Earth, part of Him is in them at all times.
