Yes. I attend an Anglican church in Toronto, and each year we receive palms on Palm Sunday. We also get ashed on Ash Wednesday (with the ashes of last year's palms), which is one of the highlights of my year.

Always. Then if a hurricane hit (I'm from SW Louisiana), we'd burn them and pray for God's protection on our house. I can still remember that oddly appealing smell of burning palms.

When I was Catholic I received blessed palms. Now that I'm Brethren(and even when I attended an Assembly of God church) we recieve psalms, but they are not blessed.
