blasphemy of the holy spirit is the only unforgivable sin, and in a nutshell, it means not listening to the testimony of truth as revealed through Christ.... i.e. not becoming a Christian.

Yes. Breaking a promise can be forgiven. The Holy Spirit will discipline you though.
So? Just take the verse in 1Jn9 That if we confess our sin, He (Jesus) is faithful & just to forgive us our sin & cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This is a promise.
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is calling the Power of God demonic. And there is no forgiveness when one is blaspheming God. Not today or tomorrow. But then when one sees the error of ones ways (quits blaspheming God), then come to repentence, will have to go through some discipline but God is faithful to forgive us our sins & cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Ask yourself: Am I a 'whosoever'?
I am. How about you?
Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is publicly attributing the works of God to Satan. Practically everyone has broken a promise to God. I know I have. It's best not to make promises to God and I think that is in the Bible.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit means to not accept the gift of salvation by repenting, being baptized by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receiving the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This is forsaking the Holy Ghost. This is for everyone, including you and especially those that don't think thayt they need it!

First off, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is ascribing the works of God to Satan, basically, giving him the glory for what God did. I doubt you have done this.
If you know you are a sinner, know you need a savior, and know that savior is Christ, then you are saved. An unbeliever, or one not called out by God, would not confess this. If you believe in Christ as savior, are indwelt with the Spirit, and know that none of this comes from you doing anything, then you have eternal life. God knows we will fall, fail, and break promises. If you are saved, all sins are forgiven, all of them. I would suggest not promising anything in your flesh, God will take care of the sanctification process, He will change you and bend you towards His will, your flesh, promise or not, cannot accomplish this.

You are OK, hate the sin not the sinner
Romans 7:17 So I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.
there is always forgivness
Luke 17:1-4
1 One day Jesus said to his disciples, "There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!
2 It would be better to be thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around your neck than to cause one of these little ones to fall into sin.
3 So watch yourselves!
"If another believer* sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive.
4 Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive."

Breaking a Promise is not Blaspheme. If you had committed this sin you wouldn't even want Jesus. So don't worry. You are fine. Jesus loves you........yes you can accept him again and have everlasting life.

What Jesus meant by blaspheming the Holy Spirit, who was he talking about? The Pharisees, who saw his miracles and fulfilled prophesy but called Him all sorts of blasphemies and denied the truth before their eyes because of their pride.
Ask God's forgiveness, repent, forgive yourself, and don't let Satan accuse you unjustly with his lies.

True belief always results in action.
If you believe fire can burn you, you take action to prevent yourself from getting burned, likewise, if you believe that Jesus is Lord you will take appropriate action - You will submit to His authority. If you do not take this appropriate action, you do not believe. At that point, breaking a promise to the Holy Spirit is meaningless.

Of course this includes you. God forgives us for even the most vile sins. I know.
He will forgive you if you ask Him.
He knows that you are not perfect.
He knows the weaknesses that you have.
He knew you before you were even concieved and knows
each and every hair upon your head.
Ask and you shall recieve--forgiveness.
