But I would love to get some books or websites that truely explian things about meditation and beoming a Buddhist to someone whose really interested in learing and becoming part of this religion. Also, I wanna see if I'll be more relaxed and enjoy life more, cuz that's what's living all about right? haha Thanks for n e one with n e information!!

There is loads of information on the Internet about Buddhism, and one big problem is that it can be very difficult for a beginner to know which information is good and authentic, which is doubtful, and which is outright wrong and dangerous. here are some links that I can fully guarantee they are good and in accordance with the authentic teachings of the Tibetan traditions under the protection of HH the Dalai Lama:

http://www.thubtenchodron.org/ (homepage of an American nun)
http://www.lamayeshe.com/about/teachings.shtml (teachings by great Tibetan masters)
http://www.berzinarchives.com/web/en/index.html (loads of information by a very knowledgeable American practitioner and scholar)

and then you can try the biggest and probably best Buddhist Online Discussion Forum, where you can ask any questions you want or just enjoy following others' discussions: http://www.lioncity.net/buddhism/index.php? (highly recommendable, a treasure trove of information, several monks and other knowledgeable people and hundreds of "normal" Buddhist practitioners from all over the world).

If you want more information you can just email me.

Meditation must be taught one on one to be safe and effective. Buddhism can be studied from many sources, although it is generally misunderstood.
