Your body clock is out of zinc. It will take time for your body and mind to adjust to a new regime. In the meantime, get plenty of rest as your body obviously needs it. And maybe take some multi-vitamin and minerals, especially iron, in order to help boost your energy levels. Also, bananas which contain potassium are said to be particularly good in helping ward off energy dips during the day. Just try and make sure that you eat a well balanced healthy diet because your body really needs the fuel.

Make sure you give yourself some quality "me" time, whether it is simply relaxing, having a little nap, or chilling out to some favourite music. In doing so, you are giving your body and mind a little rest, and when you work so hard you deserve some "me" time, do you not?

Don't worry about the housework too much. If you work hard all day the last thing you want to do is to come home and do the housework. You can always catch up with the housework when you have a day off from work. If you have family members living with you, why not delegate the household chores and get everybody to do their bit?

Don't be so hard on yourself. It is normal to feel as tired as you do after a hard days work, especially when you get up so early in the mornings, and work long hours.

Take care of yourself.

Blessings x
