Right, we're widdling away rights. Do you live in the US? Bush is doing more to widdle away at our (I mean as a nation on the whole), than we are to "widdle" away at your rights! And what's your question!

You don't really have to obey the laws or rules of man. Of course, you could end up doing a stretch in Leavenworth - perhaps god could be your companion in there.
Nobody can "whittle" (note spelling) away your values. You either have a moral compass or you do not. If you have one, no one can usurp it.
If there really is some mythical being that one needs to answer to upon death, my answer to the questions would be "so where the hell have you been and why aren't you taking care of business".... Fat chance of that happening.
The last time "man Crusaded", millions died - and it didn't work anyway. Why would you want to try it again.
Why can't you just believe what you want and let everyone else believe what they want and stop trying to butt into everybody elses business?

As a Christian you share with the Catholic and the Jew a faith. First The Catholic is the bridge between the Christian and the Jew. The Bible, the Holy be attentive to God, has the old testomony that's the Torah, the Jewish Bible, it replaced into given to the folk via the Catholic Church yet translated via Luther. in case you haven't got faith me ask a preacher. As for the Muslims they know touching directly to the Jews and the Christians yet say they're incorrect in the way they pray to God or Allah. As for the Atheist they have not got faith in God till confronted with dying, a asserting in the army "there are no longer any atheist in a fox hollow!" As for the pagans so a techniques as i know the have faith in many gods.

I am sorry I do not agree with you. I am a Christian. I will not unite with a bunch of "so called Christians" too many people call themselves a Christian but they take the Lord's name in vain. I will do what Christ did. He did not fight. He stood for what was right until death but never violated another human being. I think you should study the character of Christ in depth. We are to obey the laws of men as long as that do not go against God's word. It is very sad though, that people are turning their backs on Christ.

FIrst of all, God doesn't need us to "defend" him, he's bigger than that. He will however, ask you if you learned how to love. To love him with all your heart (not defend him) and love your neighbor as yourself. He's not some puny God that needs man to stand up for him.
