A film documenting the Apollo moon project using rare footage from NASA contains numerous spiritual references pointing to the existence of God.

"In the Shadow of the Moon" opened September 7th
Apollo mission that flew to the moon and interview them directly on camera. The 10 astronauts - now in their seventies - come across as surprisingly reflective and human. Many spoke of the profound impression they gained from walking on the lunar surface and gazing back at a marble-sized planet Earth.

Riley spent weeks at NASA's film library in Houston pouring through cans of film - many of which had not be opened for 30 years. They uncovered a veritable treasure trove, which the filmmakers re-mastered to produce a film of striking visual clarity.
Apollo 16 astronaut Charlie Duke, the 10th man to walk on the moon, makes an explicit declaration of his faith in Jesus Christ on camera. His spiritual revelation came after his retirement from the space program in the mid-seventies. Thoughts?

One thing it does prove is that you aren't required to be an uneducated, and poor individual to believe in God.

Well, that about does it for me...If retired astronauts have become true believers...how can reality be important?

I wonder if we can get some to say that evolution is crap and that we will live for ever?

Maybe we can get one or two to pronounce the baptist church the new world government.

Maybe we could get some o them thar astir-nots to declare that if Jews don’t accept Jesus as their personal savior, Ya know, like that Pat Robertson done went n said, we can nuke the Jews in Jesus name.

Astronauts have gone over the deep end again, apparently. Remember the one who actually spent some years looking for……sit down….take a deep breath…. Noah’s Ark! lol

Irrelevant. Any impressive scene can give rise to spiritual thoughts, and the lunar program is about as impressive as it gets. But there is nothing in this, or in anything else anywhere, which comprises evidence of the existence of any sort of supernatural being. For details, see:

The astronauts being religious proves God?

Does that mean that Jesus will return in an orange Corvette Stingray?

No one has been to the moon. It was a set-up. Just like 9/11.
Planes did not hit the twin towers. It was all done by computer graphics.

What are the refrences other than the astronauts were religious? That is their opinion, not proof.

An astronaut believes in God, therefore God exists?

That's weak, even from you.

So, your point is?

Does that mean that just because they are astronauts, their belief in god proves one exists?

Rubbish.
