Hahahahaha @ Free to be me. Good one and it almost got by me too.
To the self professed blond, the moon has no atmosphere, no air at all. Hence the joke, or play on words. Read it again.

Actually, arrangements have been made to compensate for the Moon's oxygen challenged condition.
It'll be a fancy French Restaurant, with the atmosphere supplied by the staff putting on airs.

So what if I went that far for the best food and cared nothing for
the atmosphere.
I already had such a delightful culinary experience, except I, was FAR more well done than the steak I ordered, though!
I asked to see the chef, but he was taking his break in the cool of his broiler.
