Green Tea contain a lot of antioxidants and is caffene free. You may be getting sick due to food contamination as well. Keep your kitchen clean and be careful aboubt restaurants.

Chill out.

As chronically ill as you think you are, if you keep dwelling on it and feeling sorry for yourself you will feel things like body aches and headaches, and when you do get a cold, this attitude will guarantee you to feel like you've got the plague and everything else in the textbook.

You can't expect not to get a cold or flu or respiratory infections and all these things, when you live in a community. It's natural and unavoidable. Bronchitis 3 times in last 5 yrs; it's a viral infection usually, and I'll bet you got it at the same time of the year each time. And you're thinking that ALL these are connected somehow to one thing even going back to 2nd grade?

I suggest (not out of judgement but so you stop making yourself miserable) that you discuss this with a counsellor/psychologist, if not already being done (you mention anxiety meds... let me guess, for GAD or OCD?).

It is a well known fact that the degree of many illnesses is very much linked to a person's state of mind... in other words, suffering is related to how one deals with it.

If you think you are "always sick", you haven't seen a thing. Come and see patients who are so sick 24hrs a day 7 days a week that they are WISHING to die... such is their suffering.

You're fine. Stay on the meds but just as importantly, PLEASE get counselling.

I'm the same way. I'm so sick of being sick. In fact, I'm sick so often it's making me depressed. Even when I'm not sick, I don't feel well. I always have a headache. I feel sorry for my husband and my children, they don't have a decent wife or mother. I wish there were a magic pill I could take that would make me better. Good luck. 2D

I've never tried it myself but I've always wondered if a higher lever of fitness would make a difference. Swimming, bicycling, things that would really raise the heart rate, etc.
