this is my wife and i,s third council house and yes we live nextdoor to a nutter once again.we are decent people dont drink no loud music or anything like that and keep our self to our self and we have only been in our house for 8 weeks and we have cats and one of them climbed up the next door neighbours fence and i heard the man say yes we will report it on monday,the next thing we heard all this banging on the walls .what is wrong with people these days?am i going nuts or>?we have never spoke to our neighbour as we got told he was abit strange i just wonderes if any one out there feels intimidated and has being in this way cos i am sick we dont cause no alarm or nothing we are always targeted what is it?i am white british dress normal eh

sounds horrible!
the one place where you want to feel safe and relaxed is your home!
Try and get out of the system if you can!
Perhaps you should go introduce yourself properly to them, and just use the excuse that you've been busy as to why it's so late. You never know, if you put yourself out there, it might give them some reassurance that you're good people!
Plus you will get to know them and maybe not think they're so weird!

Yes we have the neighbour from hell shes dutch and not yet got brittish citizenship if she ever will which i doubt ,we live in private accomadation and shes in council and yet our council does nothing about her so she can get away with selling ciggys and drink to underage kids aswell as deal at her door .In the past we have had our doors tied together with rope and lots of s..t chucked over but yet nothing gets done ,so i know how you feel .

There is no law for a ***** to climb anywhere she wants. And your neighbours think he is a nutter so tell him you want to be friends and would he take your cat down the vet to get put down - that will frighten him to bits!! Try to get friendly with all your neighbours and don't worry about a dope - get your cat over the fence to annoy him.

I used to have nutters for neighbours but thankfully they moved! New neighbours are great.

are they young people? i must confess, in my twenties, my ex and i were the neighbors from hell! all our fighting...we even shot at each other...the parties, the motorcycles day and night...i look back and feel bad for how we acted. we were young, self centered and too druged out to care. try to talk to them....you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

You don't need this c*** report THEM to the local council make a log of EVERYTYHING they do to you and take it to the council
