A healthy young good looking woman is always a dream of any man. By this is didn't mean you have to be the most beautiful woman on the face of this planet. But then looks are important and you know it.
Personality is what matters when it comes to staying together for long. Self centered and egoistic people are a total nightmare. So a girl who is intelligent enough to evaluate things from other persons point of view before taking decisions or giving you support would be a treasure for every man.
About sex...for men love is love and sex is sex. He wants it. And he doesn't want you to let him have it with you but he wants you to ask him to have it with you. Isn't it simple and straight? he feels good if he thinks you are crazy about him.
And good enjoyable sex is what will keep your life wonderful for long. So start learning how not to f**k and learn how to make love wonderfully.

I'll be brutally honest...
Qualities: Outgoing and social, fun to be around, not quiet, cute in personality
Importance to men: Looks, vice versa is true for women
Sex: Go for it, build sexual tension
Turnoffs: Burping and the likes, manliness, looks down on you, tries to control you
Turnons: Very cute personality, must be in shape, erm along these lines
