Control panel
Add/Remove Programs
Add/Remove Windows Components
Accessories and Utilities, click details, Accessories, click details
You should click the box next to paint. Click OK several times to re-add Paint.

Don't worry you can easily reload them again. Depending on whether or not an application cd-rom came with your comp. If you have any cds titled applications then you can put it in and find those programs and reload them. If you don't have them then there should be an option if you click on start down on the left corner of your screen and then select programs there should be a way to either reset your computer to when they were on there or an option that say's reload original programs and then pick them from the menu.
