I saw it on a t-shirt, and I was just curious. (:

It does mean -literally- 'help me, I'm on fire'. But that's not correct Spanish. That's somethin no one would say, it's translated literally from English.

In Spanish you would say "Ayúdame, me estoy quemando"
.

It means: help me I´m on fire (perhaps the person was "on fire" because of love to a girl/boy?).

Ayúdame me estoy quemando is correct, but it does not sound as " cool or hot " as the sentence in your question.

Estoy solo en esto. You could use este if it was preceding a masculine noun, but since esto really has no gender and is the main focus of the sentence you use esto.

That's not proper Spanish. It sounds very English. Someone probably used one of those translators.
