What's one got to do with the other? I mean evolving and imagining--oh yeah, they're the same thing!!

You wouldn't have to imagine long because their first thought would be a memory of looking at themself in the mirror naked.

And I can't see how that would be a crime, as they 100% volunteered the information.

Well we are already capable of imagining people nude. If it's not that big of a deal now, than later on it really shouldn't be.

You probably wouldn't get an accurate picture from their mind--if they had low self-esteem, they would only see their flaws, and if they were conceited, they would imagine themselves to be gods/goddesses.
